Form Construction was established in 1999 and specialise in architectural builds. We have constructed a wide range of buildings from villas to concrete panel minimalist homes, we have pretty much done it all!

Communication is very important to us. The team at Form Construction work hard to ensure that the client is kept updated and informed throughout the build, we go out of our way to make sure the building process is enjoyable for the client.

Form Construction’s owner/ operators Hamish Noton and Richard Capstick are both well established in Queenstown, with a long history of working with local Architects. Hamish and Richard have a combined 42 years of experience in creating and constructing beautiful homes. Hamish and Richard are both Licensed Building Practitioners with a Site 2 Licence. They are hands on, on the tools ensuring that the standard is kept high and quality is the number one priority. Being closely involved on each job, onsite everyday, making sure the build is running efficiently.  We aim to see that the finished product is of the very best standard.

As Hamish and Richard are both very passionate about building and the industry, their team are also. They have a fantastic team of guys working along side them,  ranging from qualified Foremen who have been committed to Form Construction for years starting as apprentices through to fresh apprentices learning the right way from day one.
